I moved to Canada at the young age alone to study architecture and began building my career as a designer. Navigating a new country, a demanding profession, and important developmental years brought challenges that led to burnout and challenging years of finding my way again.
Searching for clarity, I explored psychotherapy, coaching, and holistic practices centered on movement, nutrition, and nervous system regulation.
These experiences reshaped my life and deepened my understanding of how closely our inner state, thoughts, and behaviors are connected. When I discovered Neurointegration, it felt like a structured framework that brought these elements together in a way that finally made sense.
Today, as a certified Neurointegration Trainer, I support individuals in regulating their nervous system, gaining clarity, and moving toward meaningful goals with intention and system in place. My work is grounded in science, lived experience, and a deep respect for each person’s unique path.
