At the age of 17, I left my homeland to study in Canada, where I pursued architecture and began my career as a designer. Adapting to a new country, navigating a demanding career, and facing critical developmental years led to mental health struggles, including depression and burnout. Determined to move forward, I explored various modalities, including psychotherapy, coaching, and holistic practices focused on movement, nutrition, and nervous system regulation.
These experiences completely transformed my life, deepened my self-awareness, and sparked curiosity about overcoming challenges. They also inspired me to expand my career toward helping others. While many training programs interested me, none fully integrated the approach that reflected my understanding of how state, thought, and action were interconnected. That changed when I discovered Neurointegration, which felt the most aligned place to start.
Today, I use scientifically proven methods along with my insights and experiences to guide others as a certified Neurointegration Trainer, supporting them in regulating their nervous system, achieving clarity, and living intentionally. My journey continues, fueled by passion and dedication to this work and the shared journey with a community driven by curiosity, courage, and growth.
